NextlevelPay provides integration services that connect the GoHighLevel platform with Paystack and Payfast, two leading payment gateways in South Africa. Our services allow you ("you" or "your") to process payments through these gateways via the GoHighLevel platform. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate this integration and do not process or store payment transactions ourselves.

2. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to the following:

- Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when using our services, including any required API keys, tokens, or other credentials.

- Proper Use: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our services, such as attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfering with their proper functioning.

- Compliance: Ensure your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws such as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.

3. Company Rights and Limitations

- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

3. Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;

4. Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted through our services by third parties;

- API Limits: Our services are subject to API rate limits set by GoHighLevel, including a maximum of 100 API requests per 10 seconds and 200,000 API requests per day per resource. Exceeding these limits may cause service disruptions.

- Error Handling: We monitor errors and implement retry mechanisms where feasible. However, you may need to troubleshoot and resolve errors related to your API credentials or third-party service issues.

9. Versioning and Third-Party API Changes

- API Versions: Third-party services (Paystack, Payfast, and GoHighLevel) may deprecate older API versions or introduce breaking changes. We will make reasonable efforts to update our integration, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by such changes.
